Purist Technology

Purist Technology uses silica, a natural and safe element, which is applied to the inside of all our products. This coating covers the stainless steel, which eliminates metallic tastes and makes for a seamless transition between beverages.

In most cases, Purist Technology isn’t visible, but some bottles may have slight discoloration from the heat used during the application process.

 

Purist Bottle Information

Purist bottles are made from 316 Surgical Grade Stainless Steel, which is corrosion-resistant, hypoallergenic, and environmentally sustainable. 

All Purist bottles are lead-free, including the vacuum-sealed components. Our double-wall insulation keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. 

To care for your Purist bottle, simply hand wash it with warm water and mild detergent with a soft sponge. Try to avoid cleaning with abrasive materials.

We suggest avoiding the use of our bottles with temperatures over 185 degrees Fahrenheit, or with carbonated beverages to avoid pressurization issues where the top could get stuck. 

Do not microwave your Purist bottle or top.

Our bottles are not intended for use in the dishwasher. The Scope top is the only dishwasher-safe component. 

 

Purist Top Information

Our tops are made of BPA-free plastic, which eliminates the risk involved with BPA exposure and is designed to be more environmentally friendly. 

The Scope top is dishwasher-safe, while Element and Union tops should be washed by hand with warm water and mild detergent.

Our tops are designed for different purposes. Below is the breakdown of the intended uses for each top regarding temperature of beverage.

Order + Shipping information

After placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for fulfillment (unless otherwise noted), in addition to your shipping time.

We ship with FedEx, so shipments to PO Boxes cannot be processed. Shipping options at checkout are FedEx ground and FedEx 2-day in the continental US, while shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are processed with FedEx 2-day air. International shipments are processed with FedEx priority.

Shipping costs are determined by weight of the package and its destination. If you believe there is an error with shipping cost, please reach out to customer service.

Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined. Misuse may result in order cancellation. Orders placed outside of the promotional window are not eligible for refunds.

 

Returns + Warranties

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery, and items must be unused and in original packaging. To return your item, please ship it back to us using the address below and include your order # in the ship-to field.

Once we have received your return and approved your request, you will be issued a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. For any issues or questions about returns please reach out to customerservice@puristcollective.com.

Exchanges: We currently do not have an exchange program. If you wish to exchange your item, please initiate a return and place a new order. Any items wished to be exchanged must adhere to the return policy above. 

Warranties: Purist Collective offers a 2-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. If you believe you qualify for a warranty please email customerservice@puristcollective.com with a brief explanation of the issue, photos of the issue, and proof of purchase. Requests are reviewed case by case.

For international warranties customers are responsible for covering shipping costs.
